Article: Kuni Suzuki named Sony Mobile's new President and CEO

Trend: mobile
Comment: the big deal here is that the stars are aligning for a new uber mobile company.. Sony.  Yes.. You read right.  Start with the Sony engineering culture and 10 year product roadmap view of everything, mix in android, add 3 large cups of the Sony media entertainment catalog, (Sony pictures, Sony music, it's tv shows, games and media) and a fresh faced new CEO.

Combine it all and you have an integrated value chain for media content distribution.  If the divisions can just stop their infighting for a quarter or two and recognize undermining their existing revenue stream to displace it as one a number of times more lucrative.l they may just have something to compete with amazon, Hulu and oh, font forget the elephant in the room the apple empire.
